Shipping, Returns & Refunds

We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the U.S. Most items ship from our U.S. warehouse and typically arrive within 3–6 business days.

If you need to return an item, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return and refund, unless otherwise stated in the product listing (e.g. bathing suits and certain personal items are not eligible for return).

To start a return, please ensure the item is:

• In its original condition (unworn and unused)
• Returned in the original packaging
• Accompanied by your order number and receipt

We’re happy to issue you a FREE return shipping label for eligible returns. A $6 flat fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items.
